Basf Salcare Super 7 At 1
Salcare® Super 7 AT 1 is a highly substantive aqueous cationic polymer for use in skin and hair care formulations. It is readily soluble in water, compatible with anionic, amphoteric, cationic and nonionic surfactants, and imparts slip and lubricity to formulations. This product is a clear to pale yellow, viscous liquid that has a pH value of 4.0-5.0.
